To place an order for your patients wound care supplies complete one of the following steps:
Fax your completed order form with the patient's face sheet, any applicable notes & insurance information to 866.217.9998.
Contact an Advanced Tissue representative at 866.217.9900 and place an order over the phone.
Advanced Tissue will then verify insurance coverage and order compliance as relates to medicare coverage and guidelines.
Once the order is processed and the insurance is verified, you'll be notified that your patient's supplies are being shipped. Your Medicare patients dressings will be delivered in two business days to their home at no additional cost.
Advanced Tissue verifies your patient's coverage and bills the insurance on their behalf.
Advanced Tissue takes assignment on all Medicare / Medicaid claims.
